**Edit** After I left a review, the seller contacted me immediately and sent me 2 different replacement products that better fit the USB connector. More excellent Customer service and I will definitely deal with them again Thank you for getting it right I appreciate the attention to detail and a great product I would like to give this item a glowing review as the light is very bright It's a design flaw. The USB on the end of the lightbulb doesn't fit tightly enough into the USB port and so the slightest hit from the computer turns the lightbulb off. Tried all 3 USB ports on my laptop to no avail .It needs to be more solid to get it right and not turn off by itself, I returned the product and a product with another bought a ren design.
