The fan blades are attached to a metal bracket, which in turn is attached to the fan housing. Over the course of 6 months some of the screws attaching the bracket to the chassis have loosened. Discovered when the blade came loose. Screws are not easy to find on the market. Sent 3 requests to the supplier to identify the screw because my trial and error method isn't working. No Answer. I'm not looking for free screws, just information so I can buy them. I can't imagine you have a real warranty issue. Buyers should be wary of buying fans from these guys.
