I enjoy that we have complete control over our CRM at all times, which is very important to me because it's my job as an Account Executive/Sales Manager of Salesforce in real estate sales - so this way i'm always aware if anyone has any questions about their account or needs help with anything regarding said accounts! There are some things still being improved upon but overall its easy enough for new users who might not be familiar yet with how everything works (or doesn't work).
A lot less time spent searching through emails when trying figure out what someone wants from us by looking into various reports via dashboards set up within My Workflow Automations folder;.
