Purchased from: WINSOON The black rubber sleeve was not included in the delivery or on the delivery note. I can probably just use some silicone, but I don't like missing parts. The biggest problem is that the legs protrude an inch above the drain when in the lowest position, meaning the outlet won't line up with the bottom of the drain when you use the legs. The construction seems acceptable for the price, with a slight flex on the sides of the sheet metal and slight scratches on the drain plate, but I doubt most people will notice. just let it work, but I don't think I will buy from WINSOON again in the future.
