What an amazing product. I work from my home office and spend an average of 10 hours a day, 7 days a week on my computer. Sitting for such long periods, the smallest changes in posture, components, and furniture can have a significant impact on my overall comfort and health. I started to feel pain in my left palm and lower forearm where it rests on my desk. I bought a wrist brace which relieved me of pain in my palm but not in my forearm. I bought this product 7 months ago and since then I have had no complaints. I'm sure everyone's situation is a little different, but I have found that using this product in combination with the padded wrist pad in front of my keyboard creates the perfect amount of support. The entire armrest can be rotated 180° from left to right, and the part that touches the forearm can be rotated 360°. The arm itself has 6 different height settings, with the lowest setting being level with the table top and the highest setting being about 2-1/2 inches above the horizontal plane of the table. over that 7-month period, the armrest height appears to have decreased by about 1/2 inch with each adjustment, but this subtle change is easily corrected by simply moving the arm to the next available height. If/if I ever wear out this product I will order a replacement. Good product!
