This Japanese striped rolling mat is a wonderful addition to my Home and Kitchen .It is easy to clean and perfect for making sushi, which is always a crowd-pleaser. The mat is well-made and durable so it will last for many meals to come. The only downside is that it takes a bit of practice to get the hang of rolling sushi and the mat can be a bit tricky to use at first.
