This charger has stopped working as of September 2019. Bought on 02/19. The kids had their own school Chromebooks so this charger wasn't used much. Wait, I checked the voltage after tapping it with a hammer, it went up to 19.34V and now it's working. Big. Now everything seems fine and the Chromebook is charging. Disconnected it and will be replacing it because who knows, if it's faulty it might have shut down, charged up and something has blown. Edit: Even though the charger was defective, PWR+ provided great customer service with a quick response to my issue. The seller took into account my inability to easily reach the place of delivery and replaced the defective charger without hesitation. I will buy goods from this seller again.
