Review on Scrutinizer CI by Jeff Payne

I like that it's easy to write tests with this tool. It works great with AngularJS, so you can test your application in real time! The visual feedback is also helpful to see what needs refactoring. I don't like how the tool only supports NodeJS, but not React, because my application uses both. Also, the UI is really outdated. It doesn't have any kind of modern look or feel for writing tests. This makes me wonder if they are just targeting older browsers (which doesn't make sense, since most people use newer browsers). If you want to write unit tests quickly using AngularJS, go for it. You'll be writing less code and will get your tests up and running quickly.
