This is the cutest dress! Yes, it looks handmade. It's still very cute, I even saw a version of the same dress with a less fluffy tutu at HomeGoods in the costume department and it's so much better! This dress isn't from a department store, but if your little one loves dressing up, she'll definitely love it! Depending on what you're into... it might not last longer than an event, but even with the hooks it's a great addition to her wardrobe. And for the price... it's amazing! I read some of the reviews and thought to myself...kids grow up fast, how much use can one really expect from something like this? I had to ask the child to undress to get ready for bed. She said she wanted a nice dress. I'm sure it was worth every penny, buy now!
