I love that it has so many different ways to get feedback from your customers! It's easy for them to answer questions without having to leave their site or app. The interface is very simple and intuitive. It can be hard sometimes to understand when you're trying to look at another person's question/answer in order to give an accurate response. There are some things (like the ability to send emails) that aren't available with other platforms like SurveyMonkey. We use this as part of our customer service process, but we've also used it internally to help employees find answers quickly!
