The scale is great but the app sucks
I bought this scale last year and at first I couldn't sync it for a long time but it worked in the end. Fast forward a few months without using it and I pulled it out to weigh it. The scale still works in terms of weight measurement, but none of the 'smart' features are enabled. It no longer connects to the app and I've tried repeatedly to get it. Worst of all, there is no troubleshooting information online and no FAQs or support to help. Luckily it wasn't too expensive as I would probably upgrade to a better model with better reviews from a more reputable company.
