Handy tool but weak
This handy tool has many uses. For example, the spout can be screwed directly onto a gallon of oil. I bought this to replace one I've had for a few years that had a tear. The new one isn't as well made as the old one. The flexible spout is made of a much thinner material. A cap that fits over the end of the spout to keep it from leaking when you're done changing the oil doesn't do well. (Luckily the lid on my old funnel fits the new one.) The older model had ears on the filter attached to the bottom of the funnel so it could be pulled out; On a new one, it's just a flat piece that needs to be pushed out from underneath with a screwdriver.
