We have had several Hydrea products in the past and they have all been great! My husband really liked his Hydrea bath brush and as it was showing its age we decided to buy a new one. We bought a new brush and although the item arrived within a few weeks as it was being shipped from England we were aware of the time constraint. However, what we have not understood and will not deal with is a product with a defect, like this brush. Upon receiving the goods and the wet brush, there was a terrible smell that cannot even be described. The company that sent this to us must have known it was a marriage that smells so bad. We wanted to return this item but it was too damaged to return. When you placed the brush in one area while waiting to be sent back to the seller, the entire area smelled horrible!
