I purchased this to use an available plug in headset with my Garmin VIRB Ultra 30 action camera and can confirm that the bluetooth syncs correctly with the camera . Haven't used the product very much, mic quality is loud and mostly clear. For now, I only agree that the mounting system is a bit finicky; The device enters and exits the cradle through the square inserts of the lock, but only a small flexible tab with a tiny pin holds the device to the cradle. Any uneven upward pressure on the device (e.g. holding it to make adjustments or plugging in the charger/headset) may cause the device to shift and slide up. In my experience, the device doesn't fall completely out of the mount, but rather detaches and has to be pushed to reattach it. A better or more secure mounting system would be nice.
