I wanted to use this from my IBM computer through the HDMI port of this IBM P/C product, connect it to the TV's HDMI port and set it to that port, nothing worked . I went into Device Manager (with MS Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit). What to do with this product? The cable has been removed and reconnected to the computer and this device comes and goes so clearly it is for this converter but MS Windows has no idea what device it is and without a driver this product will not work . I can contact support because it's somewhere in China Guess if the seller reads this, if they do everything right and fix the problem. See Device Manager screenshot
