Review on AUTOONE by Jimmy Bhat

As a customer of AUTOONE, I must say that I was incredibly let down by the service that I received from this business. In spite of the wide variety of automotive lighting products that they have available, the standard of their products has a lot of room for improvement. Both the headlights and taillights that I ordered from them were defective straight out of the box, and the bulbs that I bought from them burned out in less than a week. When I attempted to contact their customer service team to resolve these issues, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, which made the situation even worse. They seemed more concerned with finding justifications for the poor quality of their products rather than addressing my concerns and locating a solution to the problem. In general, I would not advise anyone searching for high-quality automotive lighting products and accessories to go with AUTOONE. Their products are of low quality, and they provide terrible service to their customers. This company has a lot of room for improvement.
