This is my first running vest. I have to admit it took some time to get used to. I tried walking a camel and it was too bouncy. It has some rebound but in a different way, close to my body and comfortable - but it added some firmness to my chest area overall. The chest straps are adjustable and can be slid up or down as you prefer. I was impressed with this feature! There are lots of little pockets and places to store groceries, keys etc. There is a built in whistle in case you need to call for help. I looked at several vests when deciding on this one. I mistakenly assumed the bubble was included - it wasn't. But it is "compatible" with bubbles. However, two 12-ounce bottles were more than perfect for how far I'm currently running.
