Returned. Base bottom doesn’t sit flat on the deck making the umbrella tippy. The base pole rotates freely in the base hole so the umbrella can freely rotate in the stand - (might be ok with a non-tilting umbrella). The screw tightening the umbrella pole to the base pole does not stop this, both poles simply rotate together. The plastic base slides easily on our Trex decking, the small rubbery feet are not enough to compensate for this. Too bad. It looks nice enough with our rattan deck furniture and could be a nice footrest.Update: The water fill extends into the base making it impossible to drain the last inch or so of water. Will make the return an interesting process.
