I like that you can set up your own virtual machine image with all of our software pre-configured, which makes things easier for customers to deploy new environments very quickly. It's easy enough to get started but it doesn't have as many bells & whistles or features out of box (for example no Active Directory). You basically need addons from 3rd party companies such as Redhat/CentOS etc if you want those extra services available in standard install. We are helping small businesses who don't know what they're doing so setting everything up was time consuming; we needed something simple where people could work through without too much support required after installation.
