I've waited a long time to write this review. I really wanted to try all the features of this device that I knew I wanted. I had a hand blender many years ago, used it for 20 years, eventually it broke and I replaced it with a 1500w Ninja blender/chopper. Ninja quickly coped with everything that came his way with all his might, but after 7 years the engine refused to start and took up a lot of space, so I thought it was time to go back to what I had before him. The electric hand blender seems a lot lighter than the ones I've had in years past, but it lacks power, in fact it's a lot stronger than the old one. It has just the right amount of accessories I need: blender head, whisk, chopper and frother. You can adjust the speed to any of 12 to get the results you want, and there's a turbo button for quick bursts of speed. A large plastic cup for use with a blender seems to work well. When you press on fruits and vegetables, the blade grinds them very well. Just a few queues with one button and you're done. I suspect the plastic will eventually scratch and lose its glossy transparency with repeated use, but at the end of the day it's a mixing bowl. The chopping bowl feels very light but seems to chop really well. It takes a little practice to get the balance between solids and liquids right, but with a few quick bursts of speed it will work. You don't have to hold the button for more than a second or two, a couple of times, that's all you need. I haven't tried the whisk or the frother, but they only spin at what is probably their slowest speed, so I expect great results there too. All the various attachments have found their place and make a very solid impression. And cleaning is very easy. Be careful with this very sharp cutting blade. The only issue I had was the piece of plastic tape that was over the two buttons. It was a bit tacky and left some glue that had to be scraped off a bit to remove. In hindsight I could have left it on as the buttons were easy to press once it was in place. As a disclaimer, I received a small Revain gift certificate after registering the device with the manufacturer. Nothing that could influence my opinion, since the device is already very inexpensive. I am very happy with my purchase.
