This is not the second brand I bought because it has a heating function and does not heat like the other brand, I need it for my health I have my Birthday money used as I can't work to buy the first stamp. After having to replace the first stamp due to a leak, the replacement didn't heat up, so I returned it and had to borrow money to buy it First, it's very quiet, it gives off a lot of mist, and I like the added ethereal Oil, but other than that it's not very helpful to me and just makes my symptoms worse. I won't be able to buy the more expensive ones there, even with a refund, which I'll do anyway because I'd rather get my money back to come up with something else. I'm so upset at this point I want to cry, I don't want to be dramatic, only if you knew what I went through trying to get something that actually works and does what it says on the tin you would to understand.
