Really wanted to like this. All the features I was looking for at a great price: sound machine, bluetooth, alarm clock, adjustable light setting. What I like is that I can set a timer for the sound machine and the sounds are realistic/soothing. What I don't like is that the device itself looks like a big square and takes up a lot of space on my bedside table. My biggest complaint is that the light is so bright even on the lowest settings. I have to turn the clock away from the bed or the light disturbs my sleep. I will pass this on and buy another watch because after a few months with it I still can't handle the light.
