Review on Dell 452 BCYT D6000 Universal Black Laptop Accessories by Alex Montgomery

I bought this product for my work laptop (Dell 5285), regular ASUS laptop and MSI gaming laptop. This product works great if you install all drivers - except Dell 5285. Good. I just don't want to talk anymore. Here is the summary: 1.) DELL (6 months): It works with my Dell 5285 work laptop without any installation. It uses a USB-C connection to use 3 monitors.2. ASUS (1 year old): It wouldn't work at all until I installed the drivers (Displaylink drivers) required to use the USB-C connection to use 3 monitors. Read the manual.3. MSI (2 years old): I couldn't get the 3rd monitor to work at all with a USB-C connection. I've been trying to figure this out for 3 hours. I did extensive research and found that there are 2 types of USB-C (USB-C with DisplayPort Alternate Mode and USB-C without DisplayPort function). If you want to have 3 monitors, make sure you have USB-C with DisplayPort Alternate Mode capability on your laptop. Note. This device allows you to use dual monitors with USB-A 3.0/3.1 driver only if you don't have USB-C port with DisplayPort.
