Useful but not perfect solution
I like that it comes with multiple ring size adjusters. I originally used the U shape which was definitely more comfortable but it came loose in the middle of the night and was lost. I now use the spring type which is reliable but difficult to put on and makes the ring very difficult to remove without first removing the spring. Overall they solved the problem of a slipping ring but created a new problem with the awkwardness of removing the ring for cleaning.
