Review on 🌬️ ICARE Mini USB Desk Fan - 3 Speed Adjustable Head Cooling Quiet Table Fan for Home Office Bedroom - Portable and 90° Rotatable Oscillating Fan by Sara White

The first one I received made a clicking noise as it oscillated all the way to the left so I thought I had a malfunction and exchanged it for one replacement device. The second worked well until this morning when the fan stopped spinning despite being charged and plugged in. See my video for more details. Oddly, the oscillation still works, but not in a fan. A few days ago it made a sound like it was spinning, but it only lasted a second or so and then went back to normal, so I ignored it. I wonder if something in this model will burn out over time. However, I'm going back and trying to find another fan with better ratings.
