cannot turn touchpad on/off

This is my third small keyboard. If I could combine their functions, I would have the perfect little keyboard. I got these mainly for the scroll wheel and backlight. All in all it's a pretty nice little keyboard with a nice multi-colored backlight, although you can't see the Fn marks (or the Fn key at all) and such. You can't see (in the dark) the function keys f1, f2, etc. If they were the same as the number keys, you could see the illuminated digits, so you would know which function key you pressed. They wanted them to go left to right from f1 to f12, which is probably why f1 is on the esc key. My other keyboard is the same but the third has an extra row of keys for f1-f10 and they are above the number keys even though it didn't have a backlight and wheel. The touchpad cannot be switched off and is therefore all too easy to accidentally touch with the arrow keys. I've also noticed that when I move the mouse pointer, it thinks I've clicked, so I left-click when I don't want to. I have the same problem with my laptop so turn it off there too. To do this, I had to put tape on the left and right to avoid accidental mouse actions, and the middle area can still be used. Pros: The backlight is good, has 8 color options. Scroll wheel - plus like a mouse can be pressed for the 3rd button Readable manual - English is pretty good for a Chinese product Replaceable battery Good RF range - works better from the bedroom than my others Nicely placed power button Cons: Not an option to rotate Off Touchpad Touchpad too sensitive to touch The keyboard is a bit spongy compared to others
