What can you say about rubber bands
The cutting tool is as good as anyone else makes I don't recommend you do it yourself it will cut your hair but I like the fact that I have it before before applying this product on my hair, i soak it in mineral oil and it helps to break it up easily when brushing and not pull out the hair.
