I've had a collapsible salad bowl for years which I bought on sale. I liked its compactness because it took up almost no cupboard space in my small kitchen. When it finally broke completely I searched forever for a replacement but didn't want to spend $30 for a replacement. Seeing this on Revain may have raised my eyebrow, but reading the reviews I thought it might be worth a try and it certainly doesn't take up much space. Works perfectly! And since it's sort of a towel, you can also use it to dry fresh herbs without losing them in the water, like in a salad spinner where the holes are too big and the herbs just fall through. It takes a long time to dry but I think you can just throw it in the dryer. I hang mine on closet doorknobs until they're dry and wash them every few weeks.
