The team is very responsive, professional & knowledgeable in their field which makes working together seamless for us as clients! They are also always willing/able do work outside our typical scope so that we can be successful at what they're good doing (data management). We've been ableto leverage them when needed but have not had any issues or complaints about how things were done by DFAMi personnel either before I joined OR after my departure from this organization /team withinDFAMI! The best thing about this software is that it gives us the ability to view, track and analyze our reports. It also has an easy-to-use dashboard which allows for easy access to all of our information. I have not found any downsides to this software. If you are looking for a tool to keep up with important metrics, this is the way to go! We use this software to track our marketing campaigns. It makes our work much easier since we can see what products are selling well and where we need to improve.
