One thing that sometimes makes me hesitate before applying gel polish is the thought of putting on foil and it's peeling, peeling, tearing, I can't do anything while I'm soak and the gel seems to take forever to really dissolve for easy removal. In other words, complete pain and irritation. But these things are way better. Luckily I removed all the foil from my YAY manicure box! I could do my toes while my fingers got wet. They are stuck, you can not be afraid that they will fall. I can use my hands while soaking with this, and because they fit snugly, the remover stays wet, allowing the polish to come off with few, if any, scratches in much less time than foil. My boss at work told me about ear clips but as always I like to shop around and read reviews to make my purchases easier. I'm so glad I did as it was definitely worth the money. My only complaint is that I haven't had them in a long time! Thank you! And FYI, as someone else said in a previous review, use quarter-round cotton pads, not cotton balls. It's enough to hold on, but your pinky might need a little over a quarter to stay really tight. And yes, I would buy them again and again if the need arose.
