Use your own screws and anchors
This is a great product in terms of pole construction and its attachment to wall brackets. However, especially if you can't hang it on a rack (quite often when you want it to stand in the center of a small closet), you can use your own larger screws and anchor bolts to hang it on drywall. The screws and plastic anchors that come with the bar may be enough to keep the bar upright, but they won't support the weight of the clothes you hang from it. I used a toggle bolt for the top of the three holes in each bracket along with a pair of 50 pound drywall anchors and matching screws. Once I did that, installation was a breeze as it's well designed.
