Once again I'm reviewing a poorly made border which I suspect WAS NOT NEW when I received it. I believe it was sold, used, returned and then sold to me as a "NEW item". He wasn't new; it was sticky, sticky and greasy with dirt. Then when I tried to use it, it shattered into pieces and exploded after my first hit. I couldn't even land a second hit to finish it off. My attempt to put the pieces of the puzzle together, so to speak, was unsuccessful. So very tired of feeling like an idiot for back orders and not worth the trouble of getting it back; My time is worth more than rising gas prices or waiting in line for a refund.
