They gave my husband headphones on March 8. They are big for me, my ears hurt, I can’t fully wear them, they fly off and when I try to support them, the sound turns off because the sensor is there. It’s just awful. I tried to pass, they didn’t accept it, as if they were some kind of cowards. The manufacturer could write that the model is male or for elephants and is not suitable for female ears. And the Samsung store could have made a meeting, now your gadget is dead weight. My husband and I decided to change, but these headphones as a headset do not work well with his iPhone, apparently Samsung only contacts Samsung.
