I like how they do all kinds of things for us without charging an arm or leg! They are very helpful, professional & friendly to have around when there is no one else available.

If something goes wrong - which it rarely does-they fix it immediately and give me updates whenever new info becomes available about my customers' website. The only thing i don't like is having to pay monthly fees even if they aren't working actively each month. Having someone who will take care of problems instead of leaving them unresolved (like some other companies) makes this service worth paying extra money for.- More positive reviews from satisfied users would be nice but most people seem happy enough with what they're getting out of PMS.
