I like that you can customize your own user interface, which makes it easy to use in an organization with limited resources or staff experience using software of this nature! The program does not have as many features/tools available compared other programs out there (e-mailing reminders are one example). Also some functions do take time before they begin working properly - such has creating new users accounts etc., so be patient if things don't work right away when first logging into EMPlanning website after installation / setup process.- Email reminder notifications need improvement; would prefer email alerts instead than just text messages sent via cell phone service providers' apps.-- Having access from anywhere at any given moment was very helpful during Hurricane Sandy relief efforts-- Being able to send mass emails quickly without having multiple people logged onto different computers &amp ; mobile devices simultaneously helped us keep track of our volunteers who were deployed throughout New York City's hardest.
