Good knife for the price. Having previously worked in the kitchen for several years, I have never felt as comfortable with a cheap knife as I have with this one. The cutting edge is stupid sharp, the finger holes fit well, feels good in the hand and I like that it's short. It slices meat and fish like they're not there, and does a great job with root vegetables. Even got it on a roll of four sheets of printer paper and it went through like butter. The only downside I had was that one of the halves of the handle was loose when I received it. nothing a little glue can't fix. And the hole for the finger had a slight inflow, probably from the press. I sanded it down with a file and then polished it smooth. All in all this is a good product.
