I'm a little disappointed. In the photo the girl is wearing a white Peter Pan collared white shirt with a matching navy blue ribbon on the top and I thought this was included. That outfit looks adorable and is what I was hoping for, but in reality that shirt is not provided and it's just the navy dress. This one is a little low cut and will definitely look better with a nice shirt like what is pictured underneath. The material is also quite heavy/thick and the size is larger than expected. When you look a little more closely you can see lots of little white dots throughout the material on the edges which is odd too.
