MailMan has been very easy for our team members, they can easily set up campaigns from home without having any technical skills required! The ability of creating custom fields in each mailing list allows us to target specific groups/customers effectively, it also helps reduce cost by sending emails only when necessary (ie new registrations or renewals). Nothing really but I think this should be more apparent as part off their marketing strategy so people will understand why we need mailmans helpdesk support service if needed at all times! We are using these services mainly because there's no other way out since most email providers require additional fees which may not fit into budget constraints sometimes - especially during start-up periods where business growth requires heavy investment, hence requiring flexibility within budgets.
