Review on 6 Feet National Tree Company Pre-Lit Artificial Slim Christmas Tree - Green Aspen Spruce with White Lights & Stand by William Hilzer

Received in November, opened and looked at but not set up at the time. Received it today for Christmas decoration and I have to say I'm very disappointed. The tree has 2 parts that I knew. The stand is made of metal and looks very solid. At first glance it looks like the bottom of the tree is too big to fit in the stand but it is, you just have to press hard and make it fit. The branches in the lower half of the tree are foldable and easy to open. This is where the disappointment begins. After opening the lower branches I straightened all the tops but the tree still looks very bare. I've spent a lot of time laying them out and trying to hide the exposed spots, but that's about all you can do. The top of the tree easily attaches to the bottom, but these branches are not foldable. You have to bend them, which makes me wonder how many times I can remove and reinstall the tree before they break or loosen. The top half looks tighter than the bottom half, so I tried bending those branches more to help the bottom half, but as you can see in my photos, that didn't help. As for 100 lights, I really doubt it. What. I tried to count them, I counted about 60. My husband asked if I could send it back, well it's expired now so not worth the hassle for me. I just want potential customers to see what the tree actually looks like rather than looking at the photos provided.
