Revainrating 5 out of 5

I needed this a few years ago (but didn't have stock)

similar scanners weren't so affordable before. So far I've used it on a 2010 Toyota Corolla with no problems that I could see. It gets 5 stars although I found a few issues. The first problem is sending reports via email. You can send them to yourself or others. The problem is that the device is connected to a company server, so the emails come from a Chinese server, which most often ends up in spam. This device is basically an Android phone, so IMHO it should be using your Gmail account. The second problem is surfing the Internet. Once you pull the code or DTC you should be able to find it. This is the only way to launch a web browser. In addition, the web browser is very simple. Some of the valuable automotive information websites have embedded Java menus or something that covers the entire screen and renders the page unusable. More control in the web browser would be nice
