Charges my Surface Pro 7 easily. I originally bought another half price half output car charger that didn't even start charging my new Surface Pro 7. The charging LED didn't even come on all the time, it just flickered. This charger's LED is on and charged my Surface Pro 7 in a matter of hours. The USB cable and high-capacity charging cable fit snugly around the charger, which is important to avoid overheating and subsequent failure, especially when using the included high-capacity surface charging cable. While not the cheapest car charger, it's a good value for charging your Surface Pro 7 while traveling.
