Installed on the Defender 110. I really only wanted a QC USB but the voltmeter was a plus. Looks really accurate but understand I just plugged it into the nearest 12V cigarette lighter socket. Yes, it is easy to install and it is firmly in the bracket. The wires are short but there is a built in fuse. If you want to go straight to the battery, better order 14AWG and a fuse to make your own, longer wire harness. Driven at night and the LED display isn't distracting or too bright which is what I originally thought, but makes it easier to see now.
