I hate this product. The air purifier itself is great. I love being able to connect it to my wifi, the ease of use, the simplicity of the app and the ability to turn the lights off completely. What I don't like is that you can't buy a replacement filter. I even contacted Himox via email when I received the product they said that if you sign up you will get a free filter. I have never been sent a free filter and now when I try to order a replacement it is either completely unavailable or if it is in stock it is not the main filter and they want you to pay extra for shipping. Without the option to purchase a filter this item essentially becomes a paperweight and the filter it comes with only lasted us about three months and we are now past the return window. I would definitely recommend finding someone more reputable who has filters at all times if you plan on using this product on a daily basis like we do.
