I discovered Cicabio while living in France. I've had issues with eczema resulting in cracked, irritated skin that won't heal because it was on my hands. Cicabio forms a protective layer that allows the skin to heal. Many other creams do the same, but Cicabio is one of the few that not only works on me, but works fast too. The advantage is that no oily traces remain after drying.
