Very inconsistent
Some pages are double sided, some are single sided. Some are glossy, some look like colored printer paper, some look like heavyweight paper, and some (oddly) look like cloth or thin heavyweight paper. The weirdest thing I've found is the mustard yellow color, which is VERY similar to a fast food cheeseburger wrap. This inconsistency is really hard to get used to and I'm torn between organizing by texture, color or just practicing new folds. I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone seriously interested in origami.
