These are beautiful shoes and I wanted to love them but to be honest they are very poorly made and very uncomfortable. I usually wear 10-11 depending on the shoe. I got my size and the shoe was so loose around my foot that I had to size it down to a 9.5 and even then the part that goes over the top of my foot was so big and gaping that it was impossible to get into the shoes to walk. My feet slid down so much that the shoes pushed my toes through the open toe and it didn't look cute. If your feet are really swollen for some reason, they might be fine, but to be honest, they're garbage. Don't buy them.
