For starters. Almost EVERY conventional shampoo and shower gel for adults and CHILDREN contains a "bleach". No, this is not the same as throwing Clorox at them. This is a different connection. When you swim in a chlorine pool, you swim in a harder mix. Most soaps have a very small amount to remove bacteria and other things from the skin. You do NOT bleach your children. Yes it can damage the fabric if not removed completely as it is still a bleach compound. If you're concerned, use an organic or vegan soap. I personally recommend Shea Moisture. But this soap and others containing these ingredients are SAFE to use. Please don't jump on the bandwagon and go crazy like so many others if you're not sure of the facts.
