Review on 32 oz Gray Ferexer Borosilicate Glass Water Bottle Wide Mouth with Bamboo Lid by George Bell

After watching a documentary about plastics, I was immediately drawn to the idea of glass water bottles. I kept finding little ones, but after a bit of searching I came across this one and fell in love. Especially with the bamboo lid, which is more sustainable than regular wood, I knew I had to get one. I live in Hawaii and HOTTT will be here in August and September. So when I filled this bottle 1/4 inch with ice and the rest with water (from the fridge) I was a bit distressed to see the ice melt so quickly. I knew I should have expected that from glass (compared to Hydroflask) so I shrugged. My parents and I went shopping at the mall and I left the bottle in the car. I have an all black interior so it's going to be HOTTT. When I came back I thought the water was hot too! And while it wasn't cold, it was surprisingly cool and not even hot! Survived the Hawaiian heat for me, which is why I'm giving this bottle five stars!
