Love it! I have three and have used them for cookies and fresh rolls. I look forward to using them for cookies. They do a great job without having to buy parchment paper every time. The pan does not need to be pre-greased. Easy to clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Too bad I didn't know about this sooner. Follow up at 2 months: This is so cool. I've used them for cookies and even baked fresh fish on them. It's amazing how easy they are to clean! I didn't even use oil when baking the fish. You should get them when you use your oven.
