Worth the money
Good solid product. I am very satisfied and will buy another set in the future. To keep it from moving after you adjust the position, stick a hex wrench in the top to hold it in place and slip a flat wrench over the nut under the roller bearing and use the flat wrench to tighten the nut. Use a hex key to adjust the roller resistance.

- ►BUT THAT'S NOT ALL: SUPER SIMPLE INSTALLATION! Installing the entire system takes less than 10 minutes. The instructions are easy to follow and even if you're not very good at it, you still won't have a problem. Overall, this is great quality hardware at a great price. and very easy to assemble.
